Locksmiths helping locksmiths finish the job

LocksmithOEM started because one of us kept getting the same phone call: a good locksmith standing next to a car nobody would program.

Our story

Started in a van, still built around the van

We ran mobile locksmith work for years before this. The pattern was always the same: the mechanical side was easy and the software side was a wall. Dealer subscriptions, gateway accounts and OEM logins were priced for shops doing hundreds of cars a month, not for a two person operation.

So we bought the subscriptions, learned each brand properly, and started taking calls from other locksmiths. That is the whole business. We do not cut keys, we do not chase your customers, and we do not sell you a tool you will use twice.

Today the desk covers Nissan, GMC, Ford and Chrysler, and we add a brand only when we are confident we can do every common job on it rather than most of them.

Founded

2019

Two locksmiths, one Consult IV licence and a landline.

Team

Six technicians

All of them have worked mobile. Nobody on the desk is reading from a script.

Coverage

Wherever there is signal

North America, UK, Ireland, Australia and the Gulf, in local hours.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend

Price first

You get the number before we connect. It does not change afterwards, even when a job takes longer than we expected.

Licenced software only

Real subscriptions, real accounts. Cracked tools brick modules and we are not paying for someone else's BCM.

Proof of ownership

We ask you to check the customer against the registration. If that paperwork is not there, we stop.

Your customer stays yours

We never contact them, never market to them, and never appear on the invoice unless you want us there.

The desk

Who picks up when you call

Six technicians split by brand, so the person on your session has run that exact job dozens of times. Weekends are covered by two of them on rotation, because that is when locksmiths are busiest.
