The session
What happens on the call
Plan for about two hours. Most of that is download and install time, so you can carry on working while it runs.
Laptop check
We look at Windows version, disk space, .NET and antivirus, and tell you before we start if the machine is going to fight us.
Install and licence
wiTECH 2.0 installed, the driver for your J2534 interface loaded, and the licence activated against your machine.
Live test
We connect to a Chrysler group car in your shop and confirm the vehicle comes up and the security functions answer. No test, no sign off.
Walkthrough
We run through the menus with you and leave you notes on the paths you will actually use, so you are not hunting for them next week.

What you need ready
Windows 10 or 11 laptop, 64 bit, with admin rights
A good amount of free disk space and a wired connection if you have one
Your J2534 interface and its cable to hand
A Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram in the shop for the live test
Locksmith licence or business registration
